What is CallWave's Internet Answering Machine?
CallWave's Internet Answering Machine lets dial-up Internet customers surf the web with peace of mind - letting them stay online without missing important calls. Customers see the caller ID of the person calling while they're online, and CallWave plays their caller's message instantly on their PC speakers. If it's an important call, customers simply click a button to take that call instantly.

Do I need any hardware to use CallWave?
No, there is no need to purchase any hardware. That's because CallWave is software that makes your PC, cell phone, and home phone work together — getting you the calls that matter.

How much does CallWave cost?
You can try CallWave's best features risk-free for 30 days. At the end of the trial period, you can select the service level that you like the best. You may choose either the "Connect" service at $7.95 per month, or the "Messenger" service at just $3.95 per month, or CallWave's basic service, "Alert", at $1.50 per month..

How do I start using CallWave?
It's very simple. After registering for a risk-free 30-day trial, CallWave Phone Number, CallWave Fax Number and Voice Mail Plus work instantly. No installation is required. The CallWave Software lets you get calls on your PC, transfer calls to your cell phone, and much more.

What is a CallWave Phone Number?
A CallWave Phone Number is a private U.S. telephone number that rings on any phone you choose (i.e. home phone, cell phone), and you can even get calls on your PC. You have the option to get a phone number in the area code of your choice. CallWave numbers are not listed in any directory — providing an added level of privacy.

What is a CallWave Fax Number?
CallWave customers get their own personal local fax number that lets them receive faxes directly in their email inbox— no fax machine required! Whether you're on the road or at home, you can read, save, print, and even forward faxes instantly.

What is CallWave Voice Mail Plus?
CallWave Voice Mail Plus is much more than conventional voice mail. That's because CallWave allows you to "listen in" to messages as their callers leave them, either on you PC speakers of on your cell phone. For instance, someone dials your CallWave Phone Number, and you have chosen to have calls ring on your cell phone. Your cell phone will ring and you'll see their caller's ID. You just answer the phone — hear your caller's message as they're leaving it - BEFORE you decide to take the call. At any point during the caller's message, you can just press #1 on your phone and CallWave will instantly connect you to your caller. Or just let CallWave continue to record the message for future playback. Once you have downloaded CallWave, you can use the menu on your CallWave screen to set up features such as this.

How does CallWave work?
CallWave services are software-based and are delivered on CallWave's proprietary Enhanced Services Platform. The platform acts as a network independent communication interface layer, and is used for bridging land line calls to subscribers through their mobile telephones or their Internet-connected personal computers using Voice-over-IP technology.
